I’m looking for sensors that work with Tulip Edge IO, ideally with plug-and-play functionality

This exceeds your temp requirement and has RS232. I’m not sure if it’s been tested with Tulip though:

> IR sensor RS232 output, optional display options, -18 to 538°C temperature range, 5 output option, adjustable emissivity, 6:1 field of view, see more!

@emendoza
In [this Community post](https://community.tulip.co/t/simple-sense-respond-enabled-by-tulip-automations/10185), I discuss using a thermocouple by Phidgets. One [example thermocouple on their site](https://www.phidgets.com/?prodid=729#Tab_Specifications) is rated up to 400 C.

I hope this helps,
