I just received feedback from a user on adding a flash option for the camera. We have some areas that have lower lit areas that when using the embedded camera, the quality doesn’t come out as clear.

The new upload feature in the camera widget allows you to upload photos from your photo library on your device, so you should be able to simply use whatever native camera app there is on the device, use the flash, and upload the picture into Tulip that way.
