# Extended Video Upload - Increase File Size for 30 min. Videos

The ability to store videos of extended length, on the order of 30 minutes, is a critical requirement of our current work instruction process. To fully accommodated our process we will require the file size limit to be increased for videos.

Have you considered using the Open File option and have the video stored in a file on your server?

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your feedback.

This would be ideal, however we have dedicated Tulip machines and do not have such privilege’s to our servers. As such, we are requesting that this functionality is added as a Tulip feature.
