# Facilitate selection of variables saved for analysis

Greetings.

Very often in my apps, there are **many** variables saved in the completion table (since they are saved there by default). Sometimes I do some clean-up and remove any variable that isn’t useful. But I don’t have any easy way to do this. I have to manually click on every variable’s “…” button to see if it is saved or not. This is tedious ☹

I think we could do several improvements to this. Maybe:

- add a filter by _ **Saved for analysis** _ or not (see image below)
- add a _ **Save everything for analysis** _ button
- add a _ **Remove everything from analysis** _ button

Hi @fti, I definitely can see how this can be tedious and time consuming when you are updating your app variables.

I like your suggestions to fixing this. We will take a look at it and see what we can do.
