# Help! couldn't work

Suddenly, the triggers at the start of step in the app stopped working.
So I tried copying the same triggers to “Timer” or “at the end of step”,
they are recognized and work.
I couldn’t make sure this problem.
I have a test of apps today.
I was wondering if you could show me how to solve, that would be appreciated.

Thank you for your message.
The problem was solved.
The trigger malfunction was due to the data stored in the array being null. We were able to identify the trigger and resolve the error using the console screen.
I will create a thread when I have another question.
