# Hiya! - Sydney from Tulip

Hey Community!

If you’ve ever taken a Tulip University course, you probably recognize me:

My name is Sydney Doyle and I work on the Product Education team here at Tulip-HQ. My job is to help you learn our platform and the methodologies you need to transform your operations. My first project was rebuilding our [Get Started courses](https://university.tulip.co/learn/learning-plans/87/get-started) and I’ve been growing University and general education at Tulip ever since.

I’m always open to hear feedback or suggestions on any current or upcoming educational content: courses, exams, certificates, quick tips, examples, or anything else you can think of!

Fun fact: I came to Tulip while finishing my PhD in creative writing and poetry (if a poet can learn Tulip, so can anyone, that’s for sure! 😉 ) I didn’t know much about manufacturing in the beginning, but I’ve learned so much in the past 18 months and I always enjoy learning new things every time I get a chance to talk with all of you!
