Integrating curing timer within testing application

At one of our stations, parts go through a two-hour curing process before they can be tested for performance. Both curing and testing happen at the same station.

Currently, while some parts are curing, the operator continues testing other parts that have already completed curing.

I’m trying to find out if there’s a way to set up a two-hour curing timer within the app, so that once a batch is started on the curing process, the same application (used for testing) can track the timer and notify the operator when that batch is ready for testing.

Has anyone implemented something similar, or know if this functionality can be configured within the MES?

Hi @LSWA

The closest to a “live” alarm like this will be achieved with a 30 second timer trigger on the base layout of the app. Every 30 seconds, use conditionals to check if 2 hours is up, then execute your actions.
