There are a variety of roles at Tulip that can be a good fit for folks coming from the manufacturing industry:

- Solutions Engineering
  - Partner with our customers to understand their challenges, goals for Tulip, and lead solution architecture for customer-specific processes

- Digital Transformation Engineering (aka pre-sales engineering)
  - Provide pre-sales technical support and consult with customers, prospects, and technical stakeholders, collaborating closely with Sales Executives, to advance opportunities through the pipeline, preparing customers for Digital Transformation.

- Support engineering
  - Act as the frontline contact for customers in need of support, and provide timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries

- Quality Engineering
  - Help ensure Tulip maintains the highest standards of quality for our customers

- Customer Success Manager
  - Manage and guide a portfolio of customer accounts, their usage and health relative to digital transformation with Tulip

- Customer Education & Enablement
  - Help Tulip customers succeed in their journey with Tulip by enhancing our education programs and properties (Tulip University, Knowledge Base, and Community)
