# Messaging from Station to Station

Is there an “easy” way to message from station to station on Tulip?

Hello Chris, you could use a table for this. You could use a “Station Messaging” table where each row is a unique message and has a source station and a destination station, both of which could be either “station” data types or “text” data types. Then, you could show the latest message in the table by default with a combo of queries and aggregations.
The good news is that this is all functionality that is being used properly as intended. But it is not as easy as a “native” solution. Do you know how to set this up with tables and aggregations?

Thanks for the idea. I know how to set up tables but have not used aggregations. I know how to filter the integrated tables when placed in the app, but after that I wouldn’t know what to do. I have only been using Tulip for a couple of months and making simple work instruction apps. I have had some coworkers ask about messaging me through the app instead of tracking me down since I am all over the facility.
