New Tulip but having wifi woes

Hi,

I just got my tulip, but i’m falling at the first hurdle.

Try as I might it is simply refusing to connect to my router. It tries, but returns no ip.

I’ve triple-checked SSID and pword of course…Any clues as to what might be up here?
