# Test Development Variable Debug Filter Improvements

When developing new functionality and features to an app, the variable information in the test development mode is very helpful to ensure triggers are acting as desired. However as apps grow and enough variables are added it becomes difficult to watch for the data in the specific variables that I am trying to inspect.

It would be helpful if the filtering options could be increased from just selecting variable types to selecting to only view specific variables. Alternatively a method to pin specific variable to the top of the debug list for easy viewing would be helpful.
