# Tulip API make higher role users

We are currently needing a way to make higher level users from an application so those users will have an associated email address. If there isn’t a way to do this or add emails to the operator role we will need to do a work around since some of our applications would send an email to whomever is using it.

Hi there, is this still a problem? Operators in Tulip now have an email address associated with them!
