- **[May App Competition](https://community.tulip.co/t/may-2021-app-competition-most-interesting-ux-ui/2660)** : for this competition, please share your apps that make use of interesting UX/UI. whether it’s a clever use of an image as a button, or an interesting way to Transition between steps, we’d like to see how you’re building interfaces in innovative ways.
- **[Generating a QR Code](https://community.tulip.co/t/generating-a-qr-code-or-barcode/1014)** : learn how to embed QR Codes directly from an App by using an online service and a Connector Function.
- **[Scan QR Code using the Optical Scanner](https://support.tulip.co/en/articles/3140396-how-to-scan-barcodes-and-qr-codes-via-your-device-s-camera)** : you can use Tulip’s “Barcode Scanner” camera under the Camera widget to allow an operator to scan a barcode with the webcam on their phone, tablet or desktop computer.
following the demo, we’ll be opening it up to Q&A. if you have questions, add them as comments here below and we’ll address them in the order in which they were received. if you don’t have specific questions, join the session and view how other users are building apps for their shop floor.
