Hi, I’m Tom and I have a passion for improving Operations processes within the Pharmaceutical sector.

As the Global Tulip Capabilities Lead within AstraZeneca, I am accountable for finding and realising value through the powerful combination of Lean processes, digitised tools and innovation culture.

I believe that Tulip can and should empower people on the front line - and have extensive first-hand experience of building, validating and scaling Tulip solutions across a global manufacturing network with internal and external partners that do just that.
