This month, I am so excited to feature Edgar Mendoza (@emendoza), who is the 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution) Officer at Outset Medical.
Edgar is a trailblazer in IT and digital transformation at Outset Medical. Starting his career in IT support, he quickly bridged the gap between software development and IT infrastructure, ultimately leading key digital initiatives on the shop floor. From implementing Tulip as an MES to driving paperless manufacturing and exploring machine learning for defect detection, Edgar is showing the Life Sciences industry what is possible with digital transformation in manufacturing.
