what are the possibilities there is showing “failed to create a table”

Do you mind providing a couple more details on how you got to the “failed to create table” error?
Some screenshots or explanation of the steps you followed to try and create a table that resulted in this error will help the Community provide help with your question 
For example, were you in the Tables tab, clicked “create table” and then got this error?
