Hi everyone, we’re developing an operations assistant tool to enhance some of our production areas that are currently either on paper or using a different MES. Our goal is to load SOP files into a table and create an app with a Frontline Copilot widget trained on those SOPs. When someone in our manufacturing group encounters an issue, they can input a prompt, and Copilot will guide them to the appropriate section of the SOPs.
One feature we’d like to implement is pre-populated prompts. For instance, we could have a button with a trigger to set a predefined prompt for common issues. Could anyone advise us on whether this is feasible or how to achieve it?
Additionally, we’d like to explore the possibility of adding an input variable to the Copilot widget in the future, allowing it to receive prompts from other sources.
