Have anyone experience this issue before where the Record History widget showing “Internal Server Error [500]”. When I try to view Completion tab of the app for “development history”, it also shows me “Data Load Failed”

Here are a few steps you can try:

Confirm if this happens only in the development version of the app, or also in published versions. This helps narrow down if it’s tied to the app state or the backend service.

Try reloading the page and clearing your browser cache/session, just to rule out a temporary client-side issue.

Check if this issue occurs across multiple apps, or only in the
eCleaning Log App. If it’s across multiple apps, that points to a larger service/data issue. -
Verify if the app is writing large or complex records to the underlying table. Occasionally, very large queries on the Record History widget or Completions view can trigger a 500 error.
