Hello all,

We’re excited to share a new app that’s been added to the Library in Release 2 in the Checklists Bundle: Checklists Dashboard.

This app is designed to:

Use Dashboard to manage status of procedures. At a glance check to see checks that are past due, due soon, and recently completed. Reschedule and assign new users for procedures past due.

I’m having trouble with this App. The Open Actions portion of the dashboard doesn’t seem to be populating. Nothing seems to be writing to the table that feeds these Widgets (Audit Actions). Did I set something up incorrectly?
