I think it would be very helpful to be able to give developers edit/publish/owner access to app folders, rather than having to go to each app in that folder to give those permissions.
As we have new engineers join the company and gain app builder access, they often need the ability to update all the apps in their area. It is painful to go through a folder of 10+ apps and assign that engineer access to each app.
