Incorporate the ability to see the last time any user, with any role, accessed an aspect of Tulip (i.e. App Builder, Station, etc.) from the Account Settings. Currently, only the status of users who have roles that allow them to log into the Tulip Cloud, or App Builder can be seen with the “Last Seen” status.
Hi John, are you familiar with our Activity History? I am wondering if that solves this problem.
Hi Kevin,
I’m familiar with the functionality, but it doesn’t provide the specific information I need.
For instance, if I want to determine the last time a user with an “Operator” role accessed the platform, I’m unable to do so. Since users with the “Operator” role can only authenticate via the Tulip Player, their logins don’t reflect in the platform’s “Last Seen” status, even though the Player is configured to point to the correct server URL for the instance.
Ah understood. Is your goal to send this over to an SIEM system, or something else?
