Add independent rows to a dashboard, which can hold columns

Dashboard currently only have columns and then rows within those columns.

Please enhance this to allow independent rows as well so that it is e.g. possible to have a bunch of metrics at the very top followed by a full-width diagram showing some statistics, etc.

Thanks for the suggestion! I can see how this flexibility would be nice to allow cleaner presentation of analyses
