Please add more number formatting to include commas or decimal thousands separator

Could you clarify what you’re looking for: getting commas at all for numbers or more advanced locale-aware numbers formatting where the thousands separator adapts based on the user’s region (e.g., comma in the US, period in Germany)?

Also is this primarily for Analyses and Dashboards, or other product surfaces?

For example, this numerical display would be much easier to interpret if it displayed ‘1,219,829’ . Some other countries might like it to display ‘1.219.829’
The first place I noticed it is in dashboards. I can’t say what other product surfaces yet
