Is there a trick to make the table column widths stick? Looks like they always get reset regardless of whether they are used in an app or anywhere else…

Fixed (a.k.a. “sticky” - nice term!) table column widths is a known limitation, in the Analytics backlog. I’ve upvoted it for you!
