Similarly to how there are base layouts for Steps, it would be nice if there were base layouts for Apps as well. I understand Tulip is trying to address the issue using “functions”, but for those of us that are building digital work instructions, I find myself updating a plethora of apps to resolve a bug, add a feature, etc. I imagine that, similar to Base layouts on steps, where individual widgets are locked, you could have base layouts for Apps, with entire steps locked. An update to a “Base app” could be propagated to all apps that use such base.
