Blink function for pic-to-light functionality / Custom Sounds

When are you guys going to allow us to play custom sounds like wav files or mp3s? In addition a blink function on the pic to lights would be ideal to help direct attention to bins or other tools around the station or shop.

For one, its more entertaining. It also allows the use of custom alarms. In addition there is some accessibility improvements that can be made.
