Not Able to Create a Account in Tulip

Entered the Business Mail address and all the details, but didn’t receive the mail for Login.

just to confirm, is someone creating a User account in an existing Tulip instance or are you creating a new Trial instance (Try Tulip Free For 30 Days | Tulip)??

Adding New Tulip Users
Only “Account Owners” can add new users.
Select Users in your Settings page, and press the Add User button.

Thanks for the response, as per your comments got to know that we cannot create more than a single instance on the Business Mail ID…
