Problems capturing images with the image widget

Hi all there,

we have problems capturing images with the image widget.

After capturing a picture (stored and displayed in a variable), we can’t take a new picture: the “capture” button below/inside the image widget doesn’t react. Whe need to refresh or leave/re-enter the step to take the next picture.

I cleared the image variable after saving the picture to a table, to “reset” the image widget, but without any effect.

What’s the trick to take several images in a row?

Try resetting your Tulip player and see if that works?


Try not checking the “Clear global data”. If that doesn’t work, then click the clear global data.

Sorry, forgot to mention:

Player is uptodate.

This issue effects all stations using this app.

Clearing all data isn’t allowed due to the policy settings.

It occurs also in the test environment/test mode
