I apologize for the delayed response, but I wanted to check with the Tulip team on this before I responded.
- This is not possible currently.
- You would have to add page numbers after it is in PDF form.
That being said, I see that this is included in the product suggestion from @kefl here Record history widget - additional configuration - so it is on on radar and our Product Manager responsible for this will take a look!
