Tulip Common Data Model in Snowflake - SQL Code

Hi,

Sharing this SQL code here as a reference for folks. It will create a version of the Tulip Common Data Model in Snowflake.

I wrote it as I built an integration between Tulip and Snowflake and thought.
It can be easily adapted to work in other SQL databases.

For posterity, there is a library here which can be used to quickly translate SQL scripts across different dialects.
