You are encountering a current limitation of Tulip Custom Widgets. However, I have good news! The team has been working on this already and the ability to access microphone from a Custom Widget should be coming in a month or two! If you want to play around with this now, we could actually enable it for you early. You should reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they can work with you to get that set up
