About the version of the connector function

We are still using “Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Enterprise Edition” as the OS for the database server, and the database is “Microsoft SQL Server 2000”.
I don’t know much about that, but I am experiencing the problem of not being able to connect due to the database being too old.

You will get an error like the one shown below.

Is there any way to do that?
There will be an update to the database around October, but I’m hoping to do it before then.

Are you getting this error when clicking the Test button to setup the Connector?

That’s right!
There is an error at the connector settings.
So I cannot proceed from there.
