Add ability to attach files to Tulip Support tickets

Currently, when submitting a Tulip Support ticket, there is no option to attach a file in the form. Oftentimes, the follow-up from Tulip Support requests a screenshot or screen recording. It would be more efficient to be able to attach files upon submission of the original Tulip Support ticket.

Hi Sonya! Jordan from the Customer Support team here. Thanks for the feedback, this is a good idea, I’ll make sure we get a task on our roadmap for this but at the moment I can’t speak to a delivery timeline.

In the interim, however, is that the form in our customer portal made available through our help desk software does have the ability to add attachments natively. Admittedly it’s not as convenient as the in-instance form but here it is in case you want to leverage it: https://tulip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Notably that portal also lets you log in and see tickets you’ve submitted to our support team as well as make updates to those tickets.
