Allow widgets to be locked to a specific step

Good afternoon,

I wanted to suggest a feature to be added: enabling us to lock widgets to a step rather than to the base layout. Working on App UI’s can be frustrating at times when things get crowded or when you accidentally move things out of alignment and allowing editors to lock widgets within a specific step would help greatly.

Apologies if this has been covered already, I couldn’t find anything similar in suggestions.

Hi @surajp - Thank you for the suggestion! The Tulip team is working on a couple improvements around widgets that should help address this. We appreciate the feedback - you don’t have to worry about duplicating product suggestions, it just shows us that this is an important issue for our users :slight_smile:
