Tulip University will begin a transition to a new Learning Management System (LMS) on July 31st. There are two important things to to know about this transition:
While we migrate the data and our courses from one LMS to another, we won’t be able to capture any new progress you make in your courses. As such, we recommend that you wait until August 6th, when the migration is complete, to resume any training.
When you log into the new Tulip University, you will be asked to create a new password.

I have a co-worker that’s going through Tulip University right now. I’ll have him stop today, however I’d like to ensure that all the courses he’s completed will carry over?
Or, will there be an announced date when the cutoff will be? Is it July 31st, or sooner? does it depend on specific lessons? I would appreciate some additional info.
Quick correction to yesterday’s announcment about the Tulip University transition — two dates were off. Here’s the accurate picture:
Tulip University stays available between July 27 and July 31, but any progress, enrollments, or other activity from that window won’t carry over to the new system. Everything you completed before July 27 will be fully migrated, so none of your existing progress is at risk.
The new Tulip University goes live July 31. From that point, training resumes as usual.
Everything else from yesterday’s information still stands: you’ll be asked to set a new password on first login, and we’re looking forward to you seeing the new courses and design.

thanks for reaching out. No worries, your colleague can continue their training until Jul 27. Until this date every progress they make, every enrollment etc. will be migrated into the new system. Nothing will be lost.
During the cutoff from Jul 27 til Jul 31 Tulip University stays available but we will not be able to migrate any progress which is made during this time.
From Jul 31 on, the new University will be live and training resumes as usual. Also the URL stays the same.
