A need for the atan2 function came up when trying to bring a Google Sheets formula into a Tulip app and it does not seem to exist in Tulip. This would really help for alignment values to tell concentricity from two points.

Thanks for the suggestion here. I will raise this with the product team, as this has come up before. You may find some of the discussion on this thread interesting and helpful with a couple workaround options to try and do this with Custom Widgets or using a postgres database connection (though I acknowledge that having this native in expression editor would be easiest!)
