Barcode scanner issue

I tried to run my barcode scanner app and it shows the error as shown in the image attached.
I’m attaching the triggers as well for your kind reference.
If we could have a meeting today or Monday at your convenience to go through this issue, it would be helpful.

hello @Krish, thanks for posting!!

it doesn’t look like the barcode that is being scanned doesn’t start with S21, therefore it’s not the first If that is executing. could you either:

  1. remove the Conditional (If: `Device Output > data > Starts With > Static Value)
  2. confirm that in the the 2nd If Conditional statement, there is a Create Record Action prior to storing the data
