I have been trying to follow the instructions in the following article:
I would like to convert from using the edge device to using the player only.
The instructions in this article are rather vague and thus far I have not been able to get it to function correctly.
when you run the device function “configure (player only)” it creates a variable with address and multiple other traces. I understand that address should be the IP of my drive. But the function also asks for a “controller name” what controller name is this referencing?
I get an error referencing no gateway or something along those lines
What would be ideal is a working example of how to set this up, is anyone able to help?
