Date and Time captured is not aligned with time zone setting

Hi…

I wonder how the timezone setting works in Tulip. The timezone setting for my instance is different from the station setting and none of these are reflected in my data (app info: current date and time):

1. Instance setting
   
2. station setting
   
3. my actual timezone: GMT + 02:00
   The data captured in the completion tab and tulip table both follow my actual timezone
   
   
   

I don’t understand when or where these timezone settings applied to the data if it always follows my actual timezone?
