I want the table metadata fields to default to “show”. Otherwise, I have to flip the boolean to yes every time I open the table.
Or at least at a minimum, if I turn on the metadata boolean it stays on when I reopen that table

We created a ticket for this guy. Right now the team that owns Tables is pretty heads down trying to move some big boulders but we will make sure to hit this one in our next round of quick wins.
Keep the ideas coming.

It’s very annoying to reset all settings (view metadata, sorting values etc.pp.) every time again when opening a table…

If anyone wants to get their hands dirty, I imagine you could build a chrome extension for this. Or maybe theres a chrome extension that can be configured for this.
The settings can be controlled through URL parameters. You could set up a local cache to remember preferred query parameters by table id and automatically route when you get to the page.

hi @Beth any word on this one?
I know it seems small, but being able to switch tables from sorting Old to New, to New to Old would make my life so much easier. This is something that I regularly have to do many times per day, and have to walk through clients who don’t understand and/or forget.
