Hi all,
I wonder if you can make one query that was created for a Tulip table to be always activated.
For example, you have a table for sample managment of a process, when openning this table, I have to sort it by sample date descending and most of times for a particular department, that is in 90% of usage for this table, this is the use.
So, if I could create a query with static name of this department and exact kind of sorting, choose this query as default, every time I will open this table, I will get results already sorted and filtered by this query (as working in SAP for example in ALV by default layout).
I get the point but also see a risk.
So I at least want to get this very bolt and colorful highlighted at the table page to immediately see thats a query and not the raw table.
What do you think about favorite query buttons? I would like to check some queries as favorite and have them available as Chunky buttons on the top of the page, right in the middle… so you could easily activate or deactivate them…
Hi,
Your suggest seems to be great, I can say how it fully working in SAP, there you can mark a layout as default for current user or to all users, maybe you can get idea from that usage too.
I mean, combine your suggest with current user and all users option.
