Edge Device Management (please add description and download button)

We have so many edge devices in our instance, and we are having hard time to manage those devices.
I have two request in the “/edge-devices” screen.

1. Please add the editable “Description” column
2. Please add “Download as CSV” button on the top-right (or create API to let us access the data)
