'Error creating trigger' error when saving pasted triggers

I am getting an error message ‘Error creating trigger’ while saving pasted trigger. This is a new issue that appear just a day ago. Trigger I am copying and pasting is simple for Checkbox widget. I have not encountered this error with the same type of triggers before.

I have run a series of tests and cannot solve this:

  • I CAN make a new trigger in the widget
  • I cannot copy/past trigger for a different type of widget
  • I cannot save the widget’s trigger even if I rewrite the logic in the dialog box
  • I can copy and paste a widget
  • I CANNOT copy/paste trigger in another app

I probably tested more things, but these are the main items

Any ideas anyone. I have more than a dozen of long-logic triggers I would like to avoid troubleshooting and delay development by a week or so

Hello @serhiy_pylawka

We encountered the same issue yesterday. It might be best to contact someone directly and raise a ticket. They’re temporarily downgrading our instance as a workaround.

Hi all, we identified that there was a problem with copy/pasting triggers in the recent release. We’ve resolved this and a fix will be released soon.
