Can you explain a little more about what you are trying to do here (your use case)? Are you trying to access an embedded website (like an iframe) through Tulip Player?
exactly. We want to access the website through the Tulip Player so that we don’t have to open the browser in a seperate window.
Therefor, we have to log in with an user and a password but the error as mentioned above already appears as we go to the respective step in the Player.
With our iFrame widget, it functions by rendering an iframe to the target site and HTML 5 features and cookies are allowed.
With Custom Widgets, these have a sandboxed null origin iframe where setting cookies might not work.
However, it looks like here you are using iFrame, so from the Tulip side of things, this should work as you would like.
That being said, I can create a support ticket for you with Tulip Support, but they may not be able to help much here if they cannot access the site you are trying to get to from Player (since it requires login).
Let me know what you would like to do and how else I can help!
thanks for the quick response!
As this is an internal site of our company it is not possible for the Support to access the website without login data. Unfortunately I am not allowed to give the data to an external person.
In this case i would like to close the topic.
