I am taking the first TULIP course. I published the app I created but when trying to run it I got this message:
No Apps Found
Apps can be assigned to the Station “Anibal TULIP 2” from the Stations page. You may need to contact your Station Supervisor for assistance.
This interface is not allowed to run this app.

Great question 
You will need to assign your published app to your station you are trying to run it on.
“By default, the Station will not have any app assignments. This means that no Apps are able to run until configured. This is to prevent unwarranted Versions or apps to run. You can configure these assignments in the Configuration Pane of each station.”
