Is there a feature flag behing machine attributes change trigger/event?
@youri.regnaud yes there is a flag that controls this. I just verified that you have this flag off, so machine events will not be working at this time unfortunately. Your site in particular is highlighting a few performance issues that we are addressing before enabling these events again. We expect this to be worked out in r258.
