Power BI API Troubleshooting Access

I am trying to connect my Tulip table to Power BI. I followed the instructions on Tulip’s website. (PowerBI Desktop Integration) I used credentials from a Tulip bot. After putting in my user and password (API Key and Secret) I received the following message “Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden.” Is access forbidden because of my Tulip instance and is there a way I can change the parameters to allow access.
