I would like to propose an improvement to the Enterprise App Exchange. We have a shared DEV instance with each site having it’s own workspace (15+ workspaces total in DEV).
In order to facilitate collaboration and the reuse of similar apps across the enterprise I think the option to publish apps to the app exchange from ANY workspace in DEV would make a lot of sense.
Currently: Only one designated workspace on the instance can publish to the enterprise app exchange. To add a app to the EAE a user with access to the designated WS would have to export, import, and publish the app to the EAE enabled WS. There are many workspaces in our DEV environment but the app builder/users are only assigned to their sites workspace and have no access to the other sites workspaces (by design).
Proposed: With an enabled setting users from ALL workspaces on an instance would have the option to publish their apps to the app exchange without having to export/import/publish their apps to the EAE enabled WS.
