When operating with tables with hundreds of thousands rows, I find API limit of 100 records per call (same for aggregation and queries) not very useful. Yes, there are workarounds, but that is not the point.
The solution is to drastically increase the limit.
User cases: integrations with other systems - just to name one.
Currently it stops us from meaningful integrations. Major setback.
