Hi everyone!
I’m starting monthly posts to summarize any new or improved education materials, so you can keep up with what we’re working on and suggest any content you want to see.
Here’s the education content we’ve worked on in January:
New Platform Documentation
Library Assets
These articles explain several new automations available in the Tulip library but are also great examples for anyone building automations in their process.
- Event Alerting and Escalation: Managing Overdue Events
- Hourly Production Status Notification
- Maintenance Equipment Status Update
- Calibration Status Reset
- Equipment Status Reset
Key Updates
- What Are Triggers? – Added information on trigger titles and descriptions
- How to Create and Configure an HTTP Connector Function – Added callouts with valid characters in inputs and outputs
- How to Format HTTP Connector Outputs – Updated the external resource link for dot notation, as the former resource was deprecated.
- Assembling the Light Stack – Added additional resources for users to find information regarding andon light set up. The Andon Light Stack Kit has been discontinued since June 2022, and this article referenced a unit test that had been deprecated from the library.

- How to Use Automations Run History – Added information on the change to run history data storage from r301.
- Working with Steps – Added a procedure to duplicate a step to a separate application.
